Fell for this scam before reading the reviews. Been emailing them for days now but no reply at all. I’ve reported them to shopify, hopefully something will come from this.

I should have known there would be a issue when I first order. I ordered June 5th, it started off fine, but it wasn't mailed out until after I emailed on June 16th. I got a response within 24 hours and thought all would fine. It arrived (this was a father's day gift and was very late) but it doesn't work! So, I emailed the company on June 25th to request a refund. Still haven't heard anything. Got an email yesterday to review, left a negative review, but can't find it on their site. Still no contact! Save your money.

I cancelled my order within an hour of placing it on a Sunday. I found out the receipent already ahd two embossers, so she didnt need a 3rd. I sent an email. I sent another email Monday morning. Monday afternoon I got a tracking link. I sent another email. Tuesday I got another automatic message it has been shipped. No phone number. Noone replied to any of the emails. I would not order from them. I am contacting my credit company.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ordered a book stamp it says items will be delivered within 3-7 business days and it takes 3 days to make. So 11 days maximum to arrive. It's been way beyond that and nothing. I emailed support and get an email conformation from SOFAGUARDS! HAHA yeah not stamped pages is it. It's a total scam. I've put a request in to the bank for a refund.

These are just scammers, stay away. Never received what I paid for. No customer care. Scammers

I sadly ordered (1346) and prepaid for something which was for an event. It took ages as they don't mention that items come from China instead of UK according to the misleading info online. plus a totally different item arrived. Once I wrote them to inform about it ( sending pic of what I received and a copy of what I ordered), they just replied they would take info..... Then nothing. Updatings: I have also been asked for a proof to grant my review. Well I see they are able to reply now. So as a proof I also have the copy of the letter our solicitor sent them in order to be refunded....of course never got a reply. Feel free to reply to me once at least and you LL get the info you need.
