Absolutely terrible company. Cheap Chinese drop shipped crap. Delivered to the wrong location by a company that has a dummy phone number and the customer service sucks. You’d be better off going to the casino and putting it all on 00. Terrible

Hello , As you are now ignoring my e.mails I have no other option but to leave honest reviews. I have held off from doing this as they can be so damaging but sadly here it is . As you will now be starting to see I am posting on every platform. My review I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. The original stamp I bought did not work. After repeated emails, a replacement was sent — which was even worse. I supplied clear photos and videos as proof, yet only received automated, generic replies. After that, all communication stopped and my emails are now being ignored. I delayed posting this review in the hope of a resolution, but that clearly isn’t happening. Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable quality. Buyer beware.

Yodel lost our package, washed their hands of it, advised us to contact the seller. BUT, there is no phone number, and they don't reply to emails. They say 24/7 support on their website, that is a lie. I emailed a week ago, and I have had no reply. Because of this, we are now missing a Christmas present, despite Stamped Pages happily taking our money, we have nothing from them.

I received my order from this company and they did not include the roll of gold stamp stickers or the pouch it all was to go into. THIS EXPENSIVE ORDER WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT 🎁. 😔 I sent no short of 3 emails and they never ever returned any of my emails so if you have a problem with your order, they will ignore you. This order cost me almost 100!!!!! To not get my full order is just outrageous!!! You can order this kind of thing from another vendor for cheaper then this and actually receive your whole order!!! BEWARE!!!

I ordered this for a birthday present specifically because it promised 6-10 day delivery via Royal Mail. 12 days in and apparently it's still in China. The birthday has now passed, and I won't be seeing the intended recipient now for a couple of years to give to in person. If I'd known that it was coming from China and would take so long, I would have chosen something else entirely. I'm sure it will turn up and probably be a decent product, but that doesn't matter now.

The embosser does not work. I have sent 5 emails, no response after initial reply. Would not recommend. A waste of metal, money and time. I note you have not replied to my comment, but have replied to others who have posted positive reviews. Like other customers, I have supplied a video showing how it does not actually emboss/leave a mark. Like other customers, the emails stopped being responded to. Running out of options, with no phone number to use, and no response from emails, I wrote a letter and posted the embosser to the address it was sent from: Sebastien, Sofa Guard, 4PX ExpressUK Go, Unit 5, Trident Way, Southall, UB2 5LF. I have just had it returned by Royal Mail as 'addressee has gone away'. Trust pilot appears to be my only form of communication remaining.

Do not use this company. We ordered and paid for a stamp which eventually turned up with the name incorrectly spelled. Attempts to contact them over the last week have proved fruitless. My husband has sent about 17 emails as this is a time critical issue. He has replied to emails sent to him, so is sending to a verified address. Their customer service is appalling. Such a shame as the product serms great.
