Accidents happen.
My order was somehow "deleted" due to a website snafu, so 0 stars for that. The owner was very polite and worked to make things right, so 5 stars for that. I was delayed quite substantially from receiving my order but I do believe it was an accident. So 4 stars overall for the recovery effort. I will order again from them.

That was unfortunate, your order was placed just prior to the launch of the new site and the transition was not as smooth as we had hoped. The product was excellent
The product was excellent, even better than I had expected from online description. It was very fast delivery, good communication ( someone phoned me at one point to clarify something), & I'm quite satisfied with the pricing also.
