Thanks for the feedback Brandie! The reason we have our rebate process is to provide us with some sort of insurance in the scenario where an influencer receives a product but never completes their social post. We do know this process creates a bit of friction but it is the best system we have developed to insure successful collaborations. Hope you understand and look forward to working with you again! We do recommend that our partners respond to influencer posts and personally connect with them but it does not always happen.
