This is my second review for Stack Influence Inc. I have a travel bag brand and was excited after my intake conversation to start a collaboration with Stack. This relationship very quickly went south with misrepresentations, poor quality of influencers and posts and extreme difficulties with tracking refunds and fees. The above issues were fully elaborated in my original review. I was marvelously surprised to have been contacted by Laurent Vincent, co-founder of Stack. He listened to my concerns, took personal ownership of the faults in the system and offered me an appreciable refund for the difficulties. This level of upper management concern was sincerely appreciated. I am hopeful that there is a turn around coming for this company and would recommend that any brand wanting to use this service, do so with eyes open, document all issues and ask to speak to upper management if problems arise. There seems to be sincere interest in improving their product.

Completed one campaign and submitted it. Received an email with other campsigns to choose from. When I went to the app to look and possibly choose one, it now says there are none available. My post was reviewed and accepted. I’m going to leave the post up because I’m trying to build myself as a content creator (this was my first try at it) and I want to see how I progress, but this is very discouraging & unprofessional. Not even an email stating the reason.

I feel like companies want you to review products but you have to pay for the product upfront, and basically they just reimburse you for what you spent on the product. So you clearly are not making any kind of money. So its a waist of time considering you pay for the product upfront.

There are little to no campaigns that are free. Implementing more products to utilize for UGC content and beauty products would be great.

I was loving Stacked Influence until I suddenly stopped getting any sort of campaigns. I was getting others to purchase, spending time messaging people and answering a magnitude of questions and suddenly -nothing. I wrote themAnd they say they had no matches however when searching other campaigns people are participating in, they’re similar to what I fit for. Quite disappointed for round about customer service.

I was accused of not making a post even though I had confirmed it with the Stack Influence team months before. I would appreciate if they could have double-checked on their end before threatening legal action over a social media post that was already fulfilled. Until then, all of my experiences were positive. However, this last encounter with Stack Infulence has negatively changed my view.

I completed my campaign recently (for drmtlgy) and it's been a few days and I have not heard anything about my $20 rebate.
