Stack Influence Inc.Reviews of stackinfluence.com

SCAM. As a creator they will use you for a few product videos and then Flagg your account for life and lie to you that it’s just no campaigns available 😂I’d appreciate the truth way more than ignoring and keeping my hopes up. I had access to 50+ products every day before that and in one day it’s all gone and if u check other 1⭐️reviews here — they all are about the same, I know for sure they just manually turn off the catalog for creators at some point 👎🏻 P.S. I’ll leave all the products I worked with 1 star review and mention your platform in it. One is already published. I will also message the brands directly to let them know what kind of platform they cooperate with. Shame on you , StackInfluence

They used to be decent. Not anymore! BIGGEST SCAM. They'll pay you for one or two campaigns then send AI emails rejecting your submissions. They won't pay you without a fight. They kept saying my instagram was "age-restricted" so they couldn't see my post which it absolutely isn't. It's a public profile with no restrictions on it. It was an AI message. When I gave them the link and even sent them a screen recording of the video and told them a cousin of mine under 18 can see it perfectly, they sent another AI email saying my face wasn't in the ad when it CLEARLY is. I've been in this loop with them for TWO WEEKS and they haven't paid me. They've done this before. They just loop you in an AI circle even when you ask to talk to a real person because they don't want to pay you. This company will give you a few wins then wipe all your campaigns. When people have asked about it in the past they say theres nothing available but other people have all of their campaigns available. They should be sued and shutdown. Don't give it a thought, trust me. You'll regret it.

Restricted me from Receiving campaigns with no warning or explanation !!! Sends generic email replies !!! Horrible customer service

Definitely the most unprofessional. They will just ghost you. For one they shud be happy anyone is willing to post their products for free. Unpaid is not we want anyways. Secondly once you post they will put it under review and then ghost you. Like excuse me! I have all the proof. Challenge me. They need to understand with creators getting paid left right and center they shud be more respectful and communicative. Worst experience. Never working with them every again .

I deleted this app because it never gave me any products to review. I also had trouble setting up my social media accounts. You’ve asked me no less than 4 times for my review, so here it is!

Buyer beware. We spent over 25k with this company as it sounded great. I started to notice however that my Amazon refund rate was super high, we even got warned by Amazon that they might shut off our listing due to such a high return rate. I then discovered that these UGC buyers double dip - they take the reimbursement and ALSO return the product to Amazon. Stack has very little control over this and they have prioritized non english speaking low quality creators many of whom care more about the $50 than they do actually promoting products.

I strongly do not recommend Stack Influence for any UGC creators. My account has been frozen from campaigns with no explanation. I’ve requested to have my account terminated and my personal data deleted multiple times, but they refuse to take action—just keep sending the same copy-paste message: “There are currently no campaigns that match your profile.” Another major issue: 60% of the products they offer are cheap, low-quality, or poorly made, yet they expect creators to leave glowing 5-star reviews. I personally chose to be honest and left two truthful reviews, and shortly after that, my account access to campaigns was completely cut off. I believe this was retaliation for not misleading my audience. This platform lacks transparency, ethics, and professionalism. They don’t support creators, they don’t respect your time or data rights, and they punish honesty. Beware before signing up. And they do not pay for your content only reimburse for tested item.

To Stack Influence, I don’t usually take issues public, but after being ignored multiple times and receiving no clear explanation about decisions made on my account, I feel I must speak up. As a professional content creator with industry connections, I expected clear communication and transparency—especially from a platform that claims to support fairness and inclusion. Instead, my account was suddenly frozen with no proper explanation, and I was told I was posting “too much,” despite no written guidelines stating limits. I asked for clarification and policy updates but received no meaningful response. It feels unfair and even discriminatory, especially since my demographic is clearly visible on your end. If Stack truly values diversity, I urge your team to revisit how these situations are handled and to make your policies more transparent so no creator feels targeted or excluded. Ps it’s been over a year and my account should be available to movie forward by this point. I’m also emailing this directly today 5/10/25 at 6:40 pm est in hopes that someone responsible will finally take notice.
