The manufacturer of my motorcycle cautioned me not to install it on my bike. I returned it for credit, but never heard from these clowns. They refused to answer my emails so I had American Express take the charges off my card. This company sucks and the people in it.

A great company to order from very forthcoming with the emails when I asked about anything arrived safe and sound just waiting to be fitted and also got a free Bluetooth which sweetened the deal a big thank you very much to the st2 guys

Automatic brake light. I had no issues with buying and delivery of the unit. After delivery I regretted my purchase as the design didn't live up to my expectations, and contacted customer support. After a while i got a response with a return address. I payed around 30 euros for return shipping, and shortly after the shipping company send me a email that the address doesn't exist. I have tried calling the official phone number, and left message on the support, but no 4 days later there is still no response from customer support.

Turn system - great, works even better than expected, 5 stars Brake module - first installation i had the brake light continously turning on. Contacted support and they gave me some tips - a bit of fine tuning and a foam pad under the device made it work great. It would be nice if this was tuned in the factory so i give it 4 stars. It does now what it should, and especially at the price they offer it i can recommend it. If it was more expensive I would not buy it. Overall 4 stars

The device constantly activates just from the vibrations of the bike. Does NOT work as designed and is more of a danger than any kind of assistance.

I have to say ... the ST2 Systems is great. I made a wrong order and got the breaking Modul instead of the strobber. It was entirely my fault. Nevertheless, sending an email was enough to get a response that I didn't think possible. I can keep the breaking modul and they sent me the strobber for free. That's on hell of a customer service. I whole heartedly suggest you try them. Mduls work very well on my XVS 1100 Dragstar, btw :-) ... Very happy

I have purchased several products and have had a great experience with the products and service. First was the turn signal module for my KLR 650, which I needed, I would ride for miles before turning them off. Thank goodness it works as it should. Recently I ordered to brake modules. One for my Harley Road king and one for our (Hers) Cam Am F3L Just installed a couple of days and appears to work as stated. Haven't had it out on the road yet. OK, so here is why the best customer service I have had anywhere. I received two Flasher modules instead of the Brake Modules. I emailed about the situation and had a response next day only to find my order was for the flasher modules. My bad. Customer service has sent me a brake module for free! Waiting for delivery now.
