None existent customer support, several emails sent but ST2 only reply pre-purchase. Indicator unit and require drastic modifications (dismantle Indicator switch to remove parts and fudge with foam pads) that void any warranty you may have. Reviews state brake unit not as reliable as suggested so not fitted either. I’m trying to return both indicator and brake units for refund but finding it impossible.

Update ** They are still not interested in my faulty unit despite my best efforts, and seeing as they are based in Slovenia I'll not waste my time contacting trading standards. Money down the drain which I will unfortunately need to put down to experience. Disgusting service, disgusting company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! *** I received the unit five days after ordering, which was excellent. I fitted the unit upside down as per flasher mode, which I'd seen on various YouTube reviews. The brake light stayed permanently on. After contacting ST2 via email I received a reply around 48hrs later. I was told I had a Mk3 version and mounting upside down no longer applies for flashing mode and the unit should be mounted logo side up as the flashing mode is now automatic according to the severity of braking sensed. Now in fairness, the instructions didn't say to mount the unit upside down like the videos I'd seen of previous versions. So that was my fault. However, the instructions make no mention of it being a Mk3 or any flashing modes now being automatic either so..How are you meant to know? I replied to the email, highlighted my reasons for the confusion, thanked Philippe for his reply and wished him merry Christmas. I received a reply 48hrs later with Philippe acknowledging the lack of information in the instructions, promising to fix it for future buyers and he wished me a merry Christmas in return. Now. Before receiving that reply I'd since mounted the unit correctly. My brake light did nothing but flicker. I tried mounting on various surfaces on the bike, using the cable ties, using thick double sided anti vibration tape, the lot. The supplied Scotch lock snap connectors also cut clean through my wires. So I had to spend extra time repairing and resoldering those. I changed the mounting angle many times to try and decrease sensitivity too but the end result was the same. Constant flickering. I emailed Philippe about the unit being faulty. I even attached a short video to show the unit was faulty. One week went by with no reply. I sent the email again and four days have now passed. Still no reply. Happy to take your money but will not accept that this unit is junk and not for for purpose!

Terrible service. Even though ST2's website promises all emails are answered within 24 hours (see st2-contact details"We respond to all messages in less than 24 hours, including weekends." ), I sent three emails asking for assistance in the week after having the system fitted by a qualified auto-electrician. The system was not working as advertised, and to date, still no reply.

I'm very disappointed with my ST2 Systems Brake Module. The first one I received just flashed randomly when braking, accelerating, or just in the cruise. I contacted ST2 Systems by email, and after some discussion, they sent a replacement, which took a long time in the mail. I fitted it, and it was exactly the same as the first! Just flashing randomly all the time. I tried many angles and installation points. For me, this thing is just a piece of junk. Their tech people tell me that this is the MK3 version, which is only installed logo up, and will blink on light deceleration and come on steady with a heavy decel. Well, it doesn't! In my opinion, ST2 Systems should spend more money getting the product to a consistent standard, than on their slick marketing. In their defence, they did answer my emails (eventually) and they did send a replacement, but what's the point if the thing just doesn't work?

Very disappointing. Fitted it as per manufacturer’s instructions. Brake light flickers intermittently at idle on a perfectly flat surface. Rev the engine up and the brake light comes on! Rubbish product - the fact that it comes with Zip Ties to fit it to your machine is a giveaway that this product is dodgy.

Managed to install the brake and turn system i got over the summer. Brake: easy install, does what i expected it to do Turn: install a bit more involved, needed around 2 hours. Works much, much better than I expected (and much better than any stock version of self cancelling systems). Overall the products are 5 stars, but i give you a rating of 4 stars - delivery could be faster. With faster delivery it is 5 stars.

I ordered this from NZ, took about 3 weeks to arrive, no problems there. Fitted correctly, but I've found the sensor is much too sensitive. Brake light flashing almost continuously even though I've installed with the wires very high as instructed. I've had drivers pull up at he lights to tell me my brake lights flickering almost non-stop! I've disconnected as more dangerous than not having it.
