SSmokeShopReviews of ssmokeshop.com

I've done business with Ssmokeshop shop for a little over a year and and found their products to be good quality and order fulfillment is very fast. The one time that I had a problem with an order, customer service took care of the problem and my expectations were exceeded in the manner the issue was resolved. I have no problem recommending this business to anyone I know.

Doing biz with Ssmokeshop has been great. They’ve taken care of me for a couple of years now and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. Twice they accidentally shipped the wrong item, but when I contact them, they are quick to resolve the issue over and above my expectations. Good selection of merchandise, quick, discreet shipping, and excellent customer service gives Ssmokeshop a genuine, 5-star rating. I highly recommend them!

Great customer service but the glass products I recieved were pretty thin they broke on me with it a couple of days. Other than that had a great experience, your team was very understanding and replaces the items for me.

Always great customer service and the fastest shipping. Cali to Florida bought Sunday here today and works amazing!!

Awesome products with fast shipping. You dont have to worry as all products are well packaged. My #1 shop online hands down!

I've placed several orders with them and all we're perfect. I needed to return an item, no fault of there's, I misread the description. They allowed me to return it with no problem and gave the option of store credit or full refund to my CC. I confidently recommend them. Great customer service, fast shipping and interesting items.
