No phone number
I have ordered many times and received prompt and accurate service. The products have been of good quality. My latest order however has been delayed for an unknown reason. My biggest complaint is that I am unable to locate a phone number for this place. I don't understand why they make it difficult if not impossible to receive immediate customer service via phone. I called the number listed on this site and got a voice mailbox which did not identify whom I was calling. I left a detailed message and asked for a return call but did not receive one. Not yet anyway. It's a shame.

Poor quality products & Crap Service
Very poor quality products and no customer service. I bought a quarts nail from them and the second a waved a flame across it a piece fell off. I immediately sent them an email and they never responded. They really deserve minus stars.

Fake quick fix
Bought some of the quick fix urine, batch number never verified. So I’m going to assume it’s fake. Order #76091. 3/28/20 fake product. Never passed. Don’t buy from here. Waste of money. Just buy directly from the company. I’ve never had a problem with them. But they’re definitely selling knocks offs
