I ordered something and paid for priority shipping but they've only created the label and haven't took it to the USPS office.. did I get ripped off?

Great products, great service!!
I have had nothing but great customer service, and great products from this company. If an item broke or didn't meet with my satisfaction, they always promptly gave me a refund or send out a new item to replace a broken item. Their inventory is top notch. They are always ready to lend a hand or help. They answer emails promptly, and offer coupons to customers. I will continue to use their services bc it can't be beat, in my opinion!
