where do i start? order back in october 2023, nov 4 get email payment was declined, Nov 16 prts show up after the declined letter and then have to call the bank to let them know I want a full refund order this part somewhere locally. and they want me to pay for the return? really you said my payment was declined. And then said you would send me the tracking nunmber and never did that either. How am i suppose to get my car fixed if you declined my payment then no tracking number. That is your bad and your systems bad. Not on my extra $300. for shipping and returning. Parts was broken and boxes damaged

Update. After disputing with my credit card they asked for the headliner back. It was returned to them and this was the response I received. "The return department is 1.5 to 2 weeks behind. Once they process it you will get an email notification". I purchased this in April. The return department being behind 1.5 to 2 weeks doesn't say much for the quality of product sold. Will the credit card company or the company itself refund my almost 400 dollars?

The parts don’t fit my 68 Camaro fuse box, in the fine print it’s for some aftermarket fuse box so that’s sucks, can you make that more clear on your website, plus $20+ dollars for shipping is ridiculous for five small plastic clips, then you have the nerve to send me a catalog on my dime to rub it in, made it hurt even worse.

Excellent parts availability, even though most prices are higher than their competitors. Friendly folks answering the phones and when ordering - buy buyer beware when trying to return parts! This company will do whatever it can to make the process easier and attempt to avoid accepting returns. Everything falls apart for client service once you get a supervisor, warehouse, or finance person involved. After returning a brake line kit I did not need, I returned it. Then I was told it appeared used, line ends looked installed, and get this - the tag was dirty, so wear gloves when looking at or checking fitment on SS396 parts! After thousands of dollars spent, too many hours on the phone, out-of-pocket shipping costs, and declining to ship parts back to me without me providing them a label, I placed my last order weeks ago and will never order from here again. I am forfeiting my parts with them at this point; it's not worth my time and frustration over less than $200 parts. I get it, they may be struggling, and many small and large businesses are - it's apparent, that they can and won't stand behind the products they sell - which the ones I refer to are from other supplies of theirs. Five stars to the gals and guys answering the phones and overall to the parts. Zero stars to the company's supervisors, managers, and warehouse folks running those operations.
