Spent around $180.00 for your spoiler, spoiler look good. The way it installed was pretty cheeseie looks good after it was installed. One trip down the drag strip is all it lasted 😪 now it hangs on my garage wall as a reminder I should have sent it back knowing how weak it look.it might last if you just show. S

Well they first send me a fender that had some dents in it ,Then they knock off !00 bucks after I try to fit it I find its so bent out of shape its garbage . After that the door they shipped me might as well have been for a ford focus because it was so out of shape I could never use it . Two men with over 50 years experience couldn't make it work Then they have the balls to tell me I have to pay to ship it back along with the wrong dropdowns that they sent me. I highly recommend not ever using them for parts because there like con men and send you all there crap and then got you by the balls to pay there way to screw you. I will be sure to let everyone I see at all the car show know my experience with them .

Ordered a fender extension for 1970 elcamino.i told them I ordered same part from other companies and they just kept sending me the Chevelle extension.so ,I told them to check part#s give me the extension for either a wagon or the elcamino.not the chevelle.3 times thru the conversation I said make sure it's not the chevelle.yup ,I got the chevelle.called them, emailed them.answer well, what do you want us to do.even asked them to pull them out of the box, look at them.elcamino is bigger.chevelle I s different.said they would.now nothing,I've got nothing.arrogent.

I have easily spent over 10k dollars with this company over the years building multiple cars, most recently i had ordered a complete glass kit for 500.00 . the kit came in missing 1 window and another one was not for my car. I contacted them to let them know and because it was past the return time they couldnt do anything other than offer me free shipping on purchasing to new windows, needless to say i wont be purchasing anything else on my future builds from this co. There website is also terrible it doesnt tell you when anything is out of stock ! so you order and pay for something and then surprise you get your order and there is stuff on back order !! Most every other co will tell you before you place the order to give you the oppurtunity to order it somewhere else !

i spoke to a rep on phone to order moldings to be assured i ordered the correct moldings and they sent wrong ones and wanted me to pay shipping a asked to speak with a manager and was told they were too busy they will call you tomorrow i grew up in a time were customer service means everything they dont go by this standard i will never buy from them again i will use any company but them

Ordered set of lower chrome moldings for 70 Camaro. Chinsy metal. 1 piece bent. Have to jump through too many hoops to return, DO NOT HAVE THE TIME. So good buy 396

Ordered a set of coil springs clearly marked in stock in large green letters after they charged my credit card $180 they sent me an email and said they do not have the springs in stock I would verify that they have the product in stock before you let them take your money

Ordered a Steering wheel for my Chevelle (green) They sent a red one. They wanted proof that's was red ... Seriously. I sent the proof. ok. Returned the wrong steering wheel asked for 2 day shipping of the correct wheel they said they don't do that. The girl was very rude and acts like no big deal so what owe screwed up. It took 3 weeks to get the first steering wheel. they have had the "Wrong" steering wheel now 3 days and still have not shipped out the "Correct one" I definitely will not do any more business with SS.396.com
