I never recieved my parts

I did not receive my complete order. Items have been backordered which I was not expecting and is slowing down the restoration of my Chevelle.

i recieved the incorrect bango bolt. took 2 days to get an email back. by that time i had already went to the store and got the correct one. even had to have the parts store order it. The L shaped brackets for the caliper brake hoses i received werent bent evenly. one worked fine, the other was bent to close to the car so the caliper hose wouldnt fit into the bracket cause it was rubbing in the mounting bolt.

Parts were used.had already been installed on someone else's vehicle and returned then resold to me.paint showed wear marks where bolts had been installed and removed and most of rubber coating has been removed

They lost 80% of my order. Told me it was on back order until I no longer had time to appeal the charges. Out of $2200 I received maybe $300. Everything I tried failed and I had to eat the money and still don't have any parts. DO NOT USE them.

The part isn’t the same size as the original. Only one end will attach correctly, the other end has been enlarged for some unknown reason.

The catalog says it’s for 1967-2023 Camaro but the newest year model in the catalog is 1981. If that’s all it covers then put that on the listing. I wasted my time ordering another catalog for the wrong model car

I think we all have better things to do than write negative reviews, however sometimes necessary to hopefully correct issues from a parts house like ss396 . Shipping is huge , this is the year 2024 Thats why we all use AMAZON right. I placed an order with ss396, told them how much I needed part & they assured my package would ship quickly & gave me an expedited day, I thought to myself things are going as expected, however got confirmation from shipper that label was created. They sat on order another 3 days I called them back to see what was going on. I was told that sometimes the system is slow on updates they work on it & I should get an update soon . That same day I got an update that my order had shipped through shipper from ss396 . Not cool Facts ! Step up parts shipping please Thank you a customer
