Disappointment that so many parts prices had increased since the most recent catalog Parts in the catalog no longer availabe

There was one Item that did not come with my order, No explanation why. I had to email to find out it was on backorder. That went very well thought. The response was quick and informative.

One end of the box that contains the brake lines was completely opened hard to say if anything was lost out of it. I have not had time to check yet.

The main item I was shopping for was backorder with no estimation of delivery,

Shipping cost are insane!! $19 dollar part $23 to ship!! We research other vendors moving forward. Please don't tell me it's because of Covid

I would had given 5 Stars but one of the items ordered wasn't shipped. I wasn't charged for it but also wasn't notified it was out of stock. So I ordered that item from another company and already received it.

Ordered a fuel tank kit for a project, I received an email notifying me that it had shipped. tracking number showed no movement and was due to arrive in 5 days. I called two days before it was due to arrive (Saturday) ands informed that no one was answering the phones at the vender, so they could not give me any information. I emailed. on Monday the delivery day to inform them the package had not arrived and did not receive a response. After 2 calls on Tuesday I was told that it would be shipped that day, due do the delay I had to cancel the order. I was given credit for the tank but not the straps. I emailed to have the invoice corrected and have not received a reply as of this time. To be fair it was their supplier that let them down.the parts they had in-house were received in a timely manor. The fact that I had to keep chasing them , was told. by one of their staff "What do you want me to do?" when I insisted on exact information and did not get the correct refund has put me off using them in the future.
