Hey Michael! I see you placed one order but received two different packages. That is because one item out of three was a drop ship from the manufacturer. The first package was shipped on 3/2 and an email was sent that night. The second package was shipped on 3/3 and an email was sent that night with tracking as well. Always check your spam/junk folders, as sometimes they end up in there! Thanks!

Hey Roger, you just requested your catalog on the 16th, and today is the 26th. So it has only been 10 days. As stated on the catalog request form, catalogs can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. A shipment of catalogs just went out, so it should arrive soon! Thanks for your patience.
