I searched the web site and tentatively found what I thought I needed. I chatted with Rob S. and he confirmed it was the correct item. I received the item on May 9th and it was not the correct item as it did not fit. I contacted the return dept. and was advised that they would pay postage for the return if it was the wrong item received. I was told I had received what I ordered and would have to pay for the return. I explained that Rob S. said it was what I needed. The return dept. supervisor stated the I had to pay the return postage because I looked up the items prior to asking Rob S. Evidently if I had not looked at their web site and contacted them for the purchase they would have paid for the return postage. The item was $18.00 and postage was $24.00 for the initial order. Return postage was $25.00. So my cost would have been $49.00 for the non-purchase. Don't recommend buying from this business unless you are sure it will fit. Furthermore, call before you order to ensure they will pay for the return should it not fit.

Didn’t send hardware for parts, and the refuse to since 72 hours have passed since the item arrived. Main item I wanted is on back order, but they don’t tell you that until after you ordered. Lesson learned. Use other sites to make purchases for your cars

Communication has been terrible. I am on my 3rd time requesting a refund They don’t provide tracking numbers for items you order so you spend unnecessary amount of time contacting them to see what is going on Way to many classic car sites to order from that don’t have the headaches this place causes 1st and last time shopper with this group. Overall terrible experience

I bought set of valve covers with the cross over Chevy flags with 396 on it. The flags fell off after 2 1/2 months after being installed. Emailed them and was told nothing they could do. Do not buy these junk valve covers. Sorry to say taking my business elsewhere.

almost impossible to get a live person on the phone to check an order, they say they changed the hours to better serve the customer, so they think less hours serve the customer better? i have spent over $3000 dollars to 396 in the past month and there is always an order that comes back with an item on back order, and they never get back to you on it. good luck!!!
