Without going into detail, Debbie is the man at the facility I've been at for over a year and she has made me a SUOA customer for life.

I drove my car to West Virginia packed with the first load on a move to Charleston. Found the BEST storage unit that is climate controlled, CLEAN, easy to move dollies with convenient elevators and easy access to unload or load car. Their best asset is in personnel. Such friendly ready to help people such as Hailey and Andrew made the work enjoyable. Can't say enough nice things!!!!

Deborah is great to work with. She has always been there for me. Being honest and helping with my needs.

Staff, Lela, is a good communicator. She was patient and offered me many choice to rent but helped me nail down my selection of unit with ease.

Very happy with the service from SROA! They have very helpful and friendly staff. The units are clean and in good condition, and the security seems good to - they have locked gates that require a code to access the lot.

Well I gotta tell you — if you’re here in Missoula, MT and you’re working with Terra C she is helpful and freaking awesome. Someone should give this nice lady a raise. I actually felt like a person; she cares! It was a nice and non-judgemental experience. I recommend!

My storage unit location was recently purchased by SROA. I valued the location and did not want to move to another. However, I needed to accept and validate a new contract. I was apprehensive. Once entering the new office (to me) I was greeted by a smile and friendly associate. Tim Martell was behind the counter and he answered all my questions and put worries at ease. The new contract/transition was seemless. He offered that he was only a phone call away if I had further questions. I was happy to shake his hand for his help.
