Ordered these cameras, besides not liking the idea of linking to a foreign server. They are terrible picture wise, kept dropping the wifi. The part that really bugs me on these crappy cameras, you have to pay to return them. And they want a tracking #, which cost more. And they will not refund the cost of shipping. When you call them to complain, they offer you to keep the camera and they will refund half the purchase price. What does that tell you

You can buy these camera from AliExpress same Chinese company selling them and they run the same app to get them going . Think it cost £2 for the camera . They will only work once you have entered your bank details to the Chinese app company . Seen some reviews of the app company on Google play and quite a few people have had unauthorized payment removed . Also by agreeing to the terms of the Chinese company app provider you are opening your phone up to them . The camera are nothing special . I ordered two of these cameras on their sale for Christmas presents for us.... just tried to use there and really this is a joke!!!!! From the bad Chinese translations...I mean come on!? 'Log inned'?? (Logged in) and so on.. Won't stay connected to wifi (god knows who now has our wifi password...?? 🫣) This is a cheap Chinese product and that Spyfocus 'professional' website is total scam!!! I have asked for refund..thankfully purchased them on paypall and they are good at returning money, so hoping for the best even if these guys won't respond. Feel rather an idiot for falling for this!!! No way of leaving a review on their website, of course.....😡😡 Stay clear of this company!!

cheap crap camera with no memory card, tried to return but got the run around. would not give me a return address to send back. Scam company. RUN!!

Huge scam - lost $120. Don't work at all. Was able to connect for a few seconds and then nothing. HOPELESS. Waste of TIME and MONEY. AVOID THIS COMPANY
