Spry Service is one of the best hosts…
Spry Service is one of the best hosts there is and I have tried a few but they have more undesirable properties so I have mostly a great deal of praise for Spry. I would rate the company as high as it gets but I must call it 4 stars instead of five because it uses Plesk instead of providing all of that itself. Plesk is fabulous and I also praise that company very highly but the one thing that bothers me most about them is denial of access to all of the files on the website. Using the tool to create a website is alright but it can be frustrating at times and it keeps all of the files in a place secure to itself because changing files in their secret storage is permission denied. So the only real complaint I have about Spry is that it uses Plesk.

better Information on add ons.
need to bulk up the knowledge base and add more information on the available add-on product and service offerings. also could use a warning of systems going down. auto email from. the Texas location when the datacenter is off the grid. thank you for the quick response that's always appreciated.

Good nextcloud server that has been…
Good nextcloud server that has been very reliable so far and "just works", the only negative I can think of is that I would like some additional customization

Great customer service and solid…
Great customer service and solid nextcloud Web service. 10 gb for free if you want to have a try. More add-on needed in the 10 gb trial. Onlyoffice is not available in the free nextcloud.

The dedicated server we got is great
The dedicated server we got is great. Performance has been great as well. only submitted 1 ticket for support but it was answered immediately. very nice support folks. the only downside would be the lack of documentation and thin knowledge base. It would be nice to see a document that provides examples of the standard DOMAIN DNS that is provided when you receive your dedicated server. Something to refer back to, as well as what we can and cant do thru the customer portal pertaining to the DNS / nameservers as each host is a little different. thanks for everything so far,5.
