Wiped out the whole NextCloud server twice
Back in the day, I used their services for a while. I admit I used only the free version of NextCloud for a year just to figure out if this will be my provider. Then I recommended them to friends and family for testing. Turns out they wiped out every personal data on their servers because of an attack or crash. (They did this twice in a year). One day you just log in, and everything was empty. I don't really remember the reason, but since the first time that happened, I just moved to another company. I remember Spryservers server response time was slow, and sometimes couldn't even log in or sync with the Cloud for a week. It felt like they've been under DDoS occasionally. Keep in mind my feedback is just regarding the free plan for NextCloud. I'm giving them two stars because I see they still have the free option available, but it's not an option to rely on. Your time costs more. A simple encrypted backup server would do great. Also, their version of NextCloud was much older than the last release, therefore, incompatible with most apps. I'd love to give you more stars. I swear I want... Hope you upped your game!

Hello, Apologies for the late reply. I'm very sorry for the experience you had with us. We did have some trouble at the beginning with our Nextcloud service. I feel we have definitely worked out the kinks and now provide a strong and reliable service. Sincerely, Tab F
