THE WORST. After attempting to cancel our monthly subscription - they cited that we had locked into an annual contract under fine print of the agreement they sent. We had been forced to pay thousands of dollars for a mediocre tool that we were barely using. And then when the next year rolled around they still billed us and forced us into another annual contract - with the customer service rep stating they couldnt find the cancellation email from us.. We have now put a stop charge on our card. I do not recommend this to anyone looking for a social media tool

You have to pay with the lowest plan: 20.00 for only 1 week of usage and a maximum of 50 applications. The programs AI system took over 10 minutes to generate a custom fit resume including tailoring the company questions your respond to. The Ai is not sophisticated. When searching for companies in the search bar only 3 companies appear that are not even matching your degree you trained for. The sprout app is more tedious and more unnecessary work with app tasks just to send a resume, They claim that you can submit to many companies at the same time, but I did not happen to have this feature, which was one of the main reasons I decided to try sprout app. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this app until they upgrade their features and actually serve the public with their app. Its deceptive and really was not any help at all.

Horrible customer service. Tried cancelling 3 times in emails and then they still auto renewed me and then told me I was locked in for another year. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I also asked for help with some of the features and they just referred me to an FAQ webpage and told me I had to pay another grand just to get help.

They are impossible to get hold of and despite multiple chases all have had no luck. Customer service is dreadful.

Honestly they have terrible customer service, unreasonable subscriptions that you cannot terminate early, and old fashion coding. Not user friendly.

We verbally spoke with a Sprout Social rep back in January to cancel our annual contract. They let us know we couldn't cancel before the end of the contract term. We accepted... But then they auto-renewed our annual contract in April. We noticed 6 days later and reached out to them. Their response "too bad, you're locked in". Would never recommend them. These billing practices will lose them more clients than them trying to strongarm contract renewals.
