I've ordered from Spring Step several times now. Ordering is very easy, and the shoes are great quality and comfortable. My most recent purchase was a bit more difficult, but I emailed customer service and Juliet answered quickly and professionally. She answered my questions and helped me get my boots ordered. They arrive today!

The whole process was very easy. I love my shoes and I got them very quickly. Even though I had to return one pair to get a larger size, the process was easy to understand.
