I purchased the Patrizia Sparkollar Pump using the reviews as a guideline for my size. As it turned out, I should have bought my regular size, not a size larger. The exchange was easy and quick. Love Spring Step shoes!

I was able to find comfortable shoes that didn't look orthopedic. I was always a consumer of designer shoes (Chanel, Lanvin, Gucci, etc.) but found I could wear a heel bought on Spring Step that wasn't uncomfortable. A whole new experience! And pay ⅛ of the price!

We visited the shop in Branson MO and the saleswoman was helpful and friendly. I bought brown leather clogs with beautiful, subtle flowers that are comfortable and I constantly get compliments on them.
