I ordered shoes and was supposed to receive a Mother’s Day gift. It’s not Edin the receipt that it’s in the purchase, but it wasn’t in the box. That is very disappointing. I hope you can replace it.

I ordered two beautiful pairs of shoes,but unfortunately they hurt my feet and had to send them back. I paid up front for return ( not a practice most retailers engage in) then $7 was deducted from my credit if I wanted my money back instead of store credit. So it cost me $13 for nothing. Although I love your shoes, this return policy discourages me from future orders.
