I LOVE THE SHOES AND ALWAYS LOVE SPRINGSTEP SHOES FOR MY COMFORT. HOWEVER I MUST INFORM YOU OF A MISTAKE, THEY SENT ME TWO PAIR OF THE SAME SHOE. SO TO BE HONEST, I WILL SEND YOU THE EXTRA PAIR THAT I DON'T THINK WAS PAID FOR.PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE SECOND PAIR. I WANT TO RETURN THE UNPAID PAIR OF SHOES. I WANT TO BE HONEST IN THE PROCESS. GOD BLESS

I was very pleased with 2 out of the 3 items I ordered. I love the quality and comfort of the shoes and slippers. The third pair of shoes just weren’t the right fit for me. Returning the unwanted item was a breeze.
