Once the annual deductible was met, reimbursements are very fast. I wish you offered Senior Citizens discounts on premiums. Our pets are so important to us old folks on fixed incomes. Keeping them healthy as well as ourselves can get costly.
Response from Spot Pet InsuranceJul 9, 2026
Hi GiGi, we understand the importance of pets to seniors on fixed incomes and appreciate your valuable feedback regarding senior discounts on premiums. We're always looking for ways to improve our services.

Yolanda
I put in an appeal after my claims were denied. I never received a confirmation it was received or any response at all. I would call into the customer service number and was always told they don’t have any record of my appeal. They gave me the email address which I confirm is where I sent it. after several attempts, they gave me an alternate email to send my appeal and never once received a call back or an email or confirming that they got my appeal. I even asked if I was doing something incorrect. this went on for three months. I gave up!
Response from Spot Pet InsuranceJul 9, 2026
Hi Yolanda, we’re very sorry to hear this was your experience. We have sent this over to our team and they will reach out directly to address your concerns.
