Fast and efficient claims process.
Happy with recent claim process. Easy to file and reimbursement was direct deposited after a few days. Highly recommend this company!

Have never used pet insurance before Spot
Have never used pet insurance before. Even over the years paying for it for my dog, I did not need it. But in the end when it counted most and I needed it; Spot Pet Insurance came through with flying colors. They took care of everything and making a claim was so easy. And when all was said and done, they even called me to offer their condolences for my loss. THAT'S Amazing!

Huge increase on cost of insurance
I have had Spot insurance since 2020 and they have more than doubled the cost of my insurance. It is unacceptable. I do not recommend this insurance.
