We just got a new puppy and decided to go with Spot for Insurance due to preventative plan. My experience from contacting customer service to ask questions to filing a claim has been extremely easy. The customer service reps were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance!!

More than I could have hoped for !!!
I was totally impressed how attentive and helpful they were in assisting me with my pet insurance needs. Everyone one that I talked with was so pleasant and the turn around time to get reimbursed was phenomenal. Thank you for being there for me and Maxx

Works Likes a Charm
I’ve heard horror stories about pet insurance, but Spot has been great! The process was very easy, I was reimbursed promptly for claims, and they are very customer service oriented.
