Quick preapproval process when we had a large repair procedure that our pup needed to have done. This provided so much peace of mind that our Rayne was able to receive the best care possible without crushing our pocketbook...we are big fans of Spot!

The emergency/accident/injury insurance is amazing! Fast reimbursements and an easy-to-use app. The prevention is good, but we max out before the end of the year. Still I would choose Spot Pet Insurance again.

We changed insurances due to customer services issues and claim issues. Previous company took well over 2 months to resolve any issues but made LOTS of promises. With Spot Insurance, everyone I spoke to has been very courteous and my claim was processed w/I TWO days! If I could I would give them a much higher rating

It is worth the cost! I had never had pet insurance. I saw a link for Spot in a company email. I am glad I signed up. It is easy to file a claim and the processing is near immediate. I am very pleased with my plan and would do it again.

Spot was very quick with reimbursements.My dog had to go to the Urgent Vet twice and regular vet once.Of course on the weekend.By Friday had my money back.$957.00 of the $1,300 bills.(5 days)So far so good.😊
