Easy to sign up and use. App easy to navigate. Submitted my first claim and it was processed and paid within couple of days. Quick easy steps on the apps for everything and anything. Love it

First claim
I made my first claim and I originally sent in the docs requested by uploading them. Then my claim was stopped waiting for a medical history of my dog. So I e-mailed my files in however a day or two later I was asked to upload the history files as they did not have them so sending them in via e-mail did not help. It took about 2 days to process the claim and then I was paid directly to my account very quickly. So far I am satisfied with Spot Insurance.

Submitting a claim is so easy
Submitting a claim is so easy. I have my 3 fur babies insured with SPOT, and I've submitted claims, and on most have gotten reimbursement on. It's quick and so easy to do.
