Timeliness of processing claims, can't wait to pay my credit card!
Initially, I was hesitant about getting pet insurance since I had read bad reviews about them. Thank goodness I opted to get one. One day, my cat Cali was not herself and was wailing. My vet was closed, so we took her to the ER. The amount due was $1,200. I submitted the claim, assuming I get reimbursed 10%. What a pleasant surprise! The insurance reimbursed me 90% after the deductible, they processed the claim within two weeks! Thank you Spot Pet Insurance!!

You send way too many emails when…
You send way too many emails when someone just looks up cost. Border line harnessing. Keep getting emails to upload documents that have already been uploaded. Asking for medical records for a puppy born on may 5th but you keep asking for vet records from January.

Response Time and Coverage
The time and coverage. My wife and I are on multiple social media sites, Facebook, Instagram, local town and many dog friendly websites that we are members of where we have written about our experience and how happy we are with Spot Pet Insurance. Many have responded and are telling us they've reviewed the site and are going to sign up.
