I had my new puppy to the vet for his first wellness visit. The next day I filed my claim online with Spot. The claim was approved within days and a check is to arrive in another day or two. The claim for was simple to complete - even a dog could do it!

So far I have been pleased with the services. The App is easy to use. I had to contact them directly as my dog was a rescue and the paperwork had conflicting names due to her name being changed post adoption. This went smoothly.
