The best insurance out there
I have spot insurance since November. And they process all my claims in a week, and I have never had a problem in getting a claim amount. I really recommend this. Customer care is so quick that everytime I have a question , I hardly have to wait on call. I recommend it to all pet parents. Its the best. My dog had pre existing condition so spot was the only insurance that accepted that. I took this insurance after a month of research and I am so glad I did.

The Wellness policy needs to be…
The Wellness policy needs to be overhauled. Like "old" school insurance the ROI doesn't exist. What could be a useful plan is not. The reimbursement was quite small compared to the check up. That against the yearly premium is upside down. The saying a ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Easy process for getting reimbursed
Easy process for getting reimbursed. Turn around time for getting money back is fairly quick. Overall happy with spot.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Easy maneuvering the website. Easy to submit claims and receive responses. Great to have wellness services available for pets.
