I am so glad I decided to get Spot
I am so glad I decided to get Spot! My dog was attacked by another dog and without the insurance I don’t know what I would have done. The experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had to go through but Areo was able to pull through because we had the financial support of Spot. They processed my claim within just a day or two.

Always Looking to Deny
This insurance company looks for every opportunity to deny valid claims sighting one off comments as entire reasons to deny completely unrelated claims. They denied that my dog's claim for a needed surgery sighting "allergies are a preexisting condition" as the reason for the denial when the allergy to eating beef had nothing to do him developing a hematoma. Genuinely horrible to work with.
