Process was completed in timely manor, but I am really debating removing the wellness benefit. The math just doesn't really match up between vet and premium cost v.s. payout.

At first they covered a wellness visit and some basic shot, then when I went to get him neutered which it said was part of the platinum puppy plan they denied it saying it is not covered and can’t be verified when I submitted the bill. Funny thing is now I can’t view the benefit section anymore like they purposely deleted it or something. Cancel spot!
