My claims were accepted without question. Processing and reimbursement were pretty quick. I found the website a bit difficult/unclear at times - didn't find out about the direct deposit option until after I had completed my first claim. Also it wasn't until I had started filling out my claim that I realized that they wanted all the vet notes in addition to the invoices. So this delayed things while I requested the notes.

The friendly representatives at the Fire Insurance company. And they send a card when your animal is deceased.

I was reluctant to do this, but Spot helped us through the initial process for reimbursement. I was surprised how fast it worked. I would highly recommend doing this for your "furry" family. It does give peace of mind.
