My dog had to go in for emergency surgery and it was quite expensive. I paid for it of course and got reimbursed within two weeks. It was such an easy process.

Great experience so far with this company. Claims are really easy to submit and get processed quickly. Once claims are processed you get a direct deposit quickly. So glad I chose Spot for my fur baby cause you never know what kind of illnesses or accidents might happen.

Processing of claims is quick but make certain you include all the necessary paperwork. I have them send me a check as I don’t like giving out my bank info, but it takes 2 weeks to get it. Why so long?

Well, what can I say ???. I am so glad I took out Spot Insurance. My fur babies has developed an medical issue. And I have to say. Spot Insurance has been nothing but absolutely great. Good website, easy to use except uploading a Vet bill the first time was a little tedious. There are no instructions telling you to hit upload button.
