My fur baby Chase had to be euthanized…
My fur baby Chase had to be euthanized September 04, 2024. My claim was processed quickly and I was informed that SPOT canceled Chase's policy and Shelly left me a voicemail offering condolences for my loss, which I greatly appreciate.

Had to take our pet to an emergency vet…
Had to take our pet to an emergency vet hospital that included an overnight stay. Issued my claim and quickly got approved and Spot covered 50% of the charge. So glad I had the insurance.

Fast claim service
While no one hopes to have an emergency, when it did happen to me, Spot Pet Insurance was there. Claim was easy to submit and process. I had my reimbursement within a week! Best of all, I did not have anxiety when making decision to treat my cat. Thanks Spot Insurance!

I think it took too long to be…
I think it took too long to be reimbursed for the claim.. Submitted on a Tuesday and it was the following Tuesday.. 5 working days later before I was credited

I’m so glad I got coverage on my new…
I’m so glad I got coverage on my new puppy!!! I’ve been lucky in the past and not had any issues with major medical cost. I have already had $1500 worth of bills and got $1000 or so covered. Plus we only had the insurance for 3 months
