easy to put in claim receive refund less than a week you get back the percentage that you asked of your refund bill was $108 i got back 75 dollars

Our first experience with Spot was a good one. After taking our dog to the emergency room we submitted the invoice and the medical records and then tracked the progress online using the spot app. They reimbursed us quickly and we couldn't be happier.
