I processed my claim through the Spot website a couple days ago and received the refund in my bank on 9 Oct. Very quick service. Also, every time I called Spot I was helped very quickly and professionally.

I would have given a 5 star but documents kept getting lost and I could not get anyone who could review with me wheat was there and what was still needed to complete the claim from two vet clinics. Finally it was taken care of and was as the policy states so that was very nice.

I would like a digital copy of my policy that can be printed.
