I was very impressed with the ease and transparency of the entire Spot experience, from receiving quotes to filing our first claim. Every step of the way, we understood exactly what coverage we had on our three pets, when the coverages began, and the covered amounts. And when we filed our first "wellness" claim for our puppy's initial vet visit, the submission process was incredibly simple, it was abundantly clear what documents we needed to provide, and the claim was reviewed and approved efficiently. I love that Spot really delivers on everything it promises, no hiccups or hidden "fine print."

Spot Pet Insurance is the best thing I can invest in for my dog! Being young and having a lab puppy, they always seem to get into something, and knowing that I have Sport backing me up at those vet appointments too is the best! I am so thankful for how fast they are to address a claim and the money is directly deposited right back into my account!!

Very disappointed with the service. I took pet insurance and platinum care plan for my pet in year 1 and the day of renewal, I cancelled the platinum care and the app let me cancelled effective that day itself and so I called them to check on the prorated refund since it was day1 after renewal and the agent on the call confirmed it. I never received the refund and upon calling multiple times they finally answered saying they are not returning the money back. They kept a full month fees for 1 day of platinum care and they don’t give a damn about service. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.
