Have 2 dogs insured both went to vet same day had same type visit. Dachsrivers reimbursement went great. JetroCoals is still up in the air somewhere.

The Spot Insurance website is very easy to navigate as well as file a claim. Should you have any questions and/or concerns, help is immediately available. Excellent updates are provided with regard to your claims filed allowing you to know the status of your claim. Payment of claims are provided very quickly and directly to your bank account. Excellent company and Customer Support.🐾

My second set of claims have been paid before my first set for one of my dogs. I don’t understand what the holdup is. That’s why I’m not giving a five star rating.

100% recommend! Having Spot insurance made life less stressful when we were faced with exploratory surgery in what turned out to be ingestion of a foreign body for our dog, Tucker. It took a couple of weeks for our first claim to be processed. They were quick to answer questions and concerns.
