I have had all positive experiences so far dealing with getting reimbursement for the claims on my dog and cat. I am always nervous that they are going to try to find some reason to deny or reject all or part of the claim, just based on them being an insurance company! But I've had Spot for a year and a half now, and I have to say, it's all been on the level. Very fair. What a relief!

My only issue is that with preventative you only cover so little. For example, a vaccine is $25 while I pay much more for that.
