I never had an issue with my cat until suddenly I did. His emergency trip to the vet ended in his extremely heartbreaking death. Spot was quick to process my claim and made things even easier by automatically cancelling my coverage for my cat. They were quick, but compassionate. Rest in peace, Louie

I submitted my claim and they got back to me within three or four days. I was really surprised very good insurance for my dog. I recommend everyone gets spot insurance.
