Friendly, helpful and easy to work with!
We enrolled our Black Lab in Spot a year ago, and they have been great. I've had to file a couple of claims, and they've always been processed smoothly, effectively, and covered as per the plan. Whenever I have had to contact the team directly, they are very friendly and helpful!

Turn around time on claims is very…
Turn around time on claims is very prompt. One claim was denied because my vet had not sent records and I was not contacted, however, all other claims processed were done in a timely manner.
