I submitted a claim and it was processed and the money was direct deposited into my account within 10 days, I was calling to have one of my dogs removed from the policy since she was no longer with us. The agent I spoke with asked me some questions very gently and suggested I enter a claim for all the medical bills and her euthanasia and cremation. I had not even thought of that. He also sent me a very nice sympathy card.

Everything was as advertised. My dog had an accident while playing with another dog. We needed; x-rays, blood tests, anesthesia, surgery, medication, etc. The plan was 70% back and that's what I got minus the deductible of course. No fuss, no negotiation, I simply photographed my bill with my phone and within a week I had received payment. I would recommend pet insurance to any pet owner, and Spot in my opinion is one of the better companies.

Well, I never had pet insurance before but I got it when I got golden retrievers and I was pleasantly surprised with spot because my young one got a hold of a toy and swallowed it and the bill was over $5000 in spot. Insurance took care of it at 80%. That’s what I signed up for and it was a quick response. I got my money quick. I was so impressed next time it’s time to renewal. I’ll up the limit Just in case I’ve got another golden retriever, but he doesn’t get into trouble. He’ll probably never go to the vet, but boy they were very efficient kept me posted. The whole process was easy.

We have never purchased pet insurance and were hesitant, hoping that if we needed it, there would not be exceptions to coverage. We did have a need to use the insurance and the process was incredibly easy. We received a reimbursement check within one week of submitting reciepts. Coverage was just as outlined when purchased. Very impressed and grateful
