I have been using Spot for about a year…
I have been using Spot for about a year now and they’ve been fantastic! Claims are quickly & fairly assessed, and before you know it your reimbursement has been direct deposited! Zero complaints. Five stars!

User friendly and fast response times
App. is very easy to add claims, & fast response time for reimbursement. Direct Deposit option is excellent!

Spot makes things easier
Spot has made the claims process very easy. It's not a service I planned to use, but events happen that make going to the vet necessary. It's very comforting knowing that I have insurance for my fur baby so I can get her the care she needs.

I pay around $60 a month
I pay around $60 a month, his bill for vaccines was $142 but was only reimbursed $50. Basically only 1 and a haf of the vaccines was paid for. I spend more money then they reimbursement.
