I am very pleased with spot. Apparently they review your submitted receipt from the vet and quickly get back via email. I have never had an issue and really appreciate the appreciate the quick response.

Great personal Customer Service and quick response to calls, so important when experiencing a problem with your pet. Quick turnaround after filing a claim. The entire process was so simple. Spot still values the human touch and caring that is missing when everything is automated and you have to deal with bots. Excellent service. THANK YOU 😊
