So glad I had Spot pet insurance!
So glad I had Spot pet insurance when my cat had to go to the vet! My plan has 90% reimbursement after my $250 deductible has been met. After I made my claim it only took about 2-3days for both of my claims were made to see the reimbursement in my account. It was such a relief knowing that I would be able to afford taking her. If I could change one thing it would be that I wish they offered direct billing from the vet rather than reimbursement. But over all a great insurance plan!

I found the process of filing a claim…
I found the process of filing a claim very easy and transparent. It was easy to upload the documents I got from my vet; I had no issues with the actual online forms to file a claim; and when I got the claim back it was very clear what was covered and what was not.
